SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.
SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

In June, the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will hold live Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) policy and EVV Portal training webinars for program providers currently required to use EVV.
How this impacts providers:

Program providers can also meet annual training requirements by completing computer-based training (CBT) online in the HHSC Learning Portal and TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Users must have a user name and password to access training materials on the LMS. See the following link to register for the LMS: https://tmhp.exceedlms.com/student/authentication/register
HHSC and TMHP are planning additional live training events this fall and will provide more information when available.
