These rewards and services are available in each line of business CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids and Service Delivery Areas; Harris, Jefferson and North East (limitations may apply). - GED Training Reward Card- Members who obtain a GED certificate from a qualified organization can receive a reward card for up to $145 (or $36.25 per subject), depending on the number of subjects needed to complete the test.
- Good Grades Reward Card- Members in 6th – 12th grade with all A’s and B’s can get a $25 reward card per semester (maximum of 2 rewards per regular school year).
- School Attendance Reward Card- Members between the ages of 5 – 13 with perfect attendance, as defined by their school district, can get a $25 reward card per semester (maximum of 2 rewards per regular school year).
