Let’s get healthy this fall season!
Texas Children’s Health Plan invites you to get your health in check at the annual Fall into Wellness Health Fair & Festival. Join us for talks, prizes, family fun and information on how to stay healthy this fall season!
The Fall into Wellness Health Fair & Festival will include:
- Healthy Hub Stations offering:
- Blood pressure, glucose, dental and vision screenings for children and adults
- Flu vaccines
- Baby Depot Area with resources on well child and pregnancy checkups as well as diapers for babies present
- Information on how to renew and/or apply for CHIP/Medicaid
- Tips on how to become a germ-fighter and stay flu-free this fall
- Fall family fun at the children’s area with performances, music, face painter, rides, arts and crafts and much more!

All health screenings, flu shots, giveaways, diapers and activities are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Event is weather permitting. Parent or guardian must accompany eligible children to receive any health screening or vaccine. Baby or pregnant women must be present to receive diapers.
Flu vaccines are provided and administered by Walgreens. They are limited by supply, staffing and time and are not affiliated in any way with Texas Children’s Health Plan or any of the other sponsors.
