SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.
SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.
Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Blood pressure, glucose, dental and vision screenings for children and adults
Flu vaccines
Baby Depot Area with resources on well child and pregnancy checkups as well as diapers for babies present
Information on how to renew and/or apply for CHIP/Medicaid
Tips on how to become a germ-fighter and stay flu-free this fall
Fall family fun at the children’s area with performances, music, face painter, rides, arts and crafts and much more!

All health screenings, flu shots, giveaways, diapers and activities are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Event is weather permitting. Parent or guardian must accompany eligible children to receive any health screening or vaccine. Baby or pregnant women must be present to receive diapers.
