Postpartum Visit Reward

Description:

After giving birth, the health of the mother is just as important as her baby’s. Texas Children’s Health Plan rewards you for prioritizing your well-being during this challenging time! 

Reward*:

$25 reward card when you complete at least one postpartum visit within 84 days of giving birth.

How do I claim my extra benefit?

Follow this process after completing your postpartum visit:

1. Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here
2. Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
3. Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.

* This reward can be requested up to 60 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026).

Who is eligible?

CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids members who complete at least one postpartum visit within 84 days of giving birth.

What service area is this benefit available in?

Harris, Jefferson, and Northeast service areas.
