Prenatal Visit Reward
Description:
Texas Children’s Health Plan rewards you for seeing your doctor during your pregnancy to ensure you and your baby stay as healthy as possible!
Reward*:
$25 reward card when you complete at least one prenatal visit during your first trimester or within 42 days of enrolling with Texas Children’s Health Plan.
How do I claim my extra benefit?
Follow this process after completing your prenatal visit:
- Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here
- Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
- Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.
- Click here to view a step-by-step guide on how to request your reward in MyChart.
* This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026).
Who is eligible?
CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids pregnant members who complete at least one prenatal visit during their first trimester of pregnancy or within 42 days of enrollment with Texas Children’s Health Plan.
What service area is this benefit available in?
Harris, Jefferson, and Northeast service areas.
