Call to action: The purpose of this communication is to serve as a reminder of the many benefits of accessing Texas Children’s® Link and why we strongly encourage providers to take advantage of all the services it offers.

To lessen the administrative burden with routine tasks, take a closer look at what Texas Children’s® Link can do.

  • Real-Time Feedback on Claim Submissions, including corrected/replacement claim functionality.
  • Prior authorization requests
  • Member focused tools
    • Access member roster, referrals, entering orders, medications, and patient profiles for those assigned to your panel. Eligible provider types will have access to view clinical records for services provided at Texas Children’s care locations.
    • View Texas Children’s® Health Plan member eligibility and benefits
  • Reviewing and printing remittance advices
  • Direct communication with individual areas of Texas Children’s® Health Plan
    • These areas are within claims, benefit review, or prior authorization.

Next step for Providers: Provider offices are encouraged to regularly access Texas Children’s® Link or begin the registration process for the facility or provider they support to make the most of the portal’s features and benefits.
