Texas Children’s Health Plan’s Division of Continuing Medical Education provides continuing medical education activities designed to enhance physician competence, skills, medical knowledge and patient care.

Accreditation Information

Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to provide CME for contracted providers of Texas Children’s® Health Plan. Texas Children’s Hospital’s Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME) is the administrative unit responsible for ensuring TCHP’s CME courses are in compliance with the ACCME Core Accreditation Criteria, Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education and applicable policies as well as other regulations and laws as they relate to the provision of CME.

CME Tracker

TCH OCME is currently implementing CME Tracker. This platform offers a variety of user-friendly tools to help you track continuing education credits. Once fully deployed, users will be able to produce transcripts on demand, view educational activity schedules, check-in to activities, claim credit and more!
