SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Get a routine cervical cancer screening during your annual well-woman exam to take advantage of this great reward!

Reward*:

$25 reward card when you complete a cervical cancer screening during your annual well-woman exam. 

How do I claim my extra benefit?

Follow this process after completing your cervical cancer screening visit:

  1. Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here
  2. Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
  3. Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.
  4. Click here to view a step-by-step guide on how to request your reward in MyChart.

* This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026).

Who is eligible?

STAR members ages 21 to 64 who are not pregnant and are screened for cervical cancer during the eligible year (September 1, 2025-August 31, 2026).

What service area is this benefit available in?

Harris and Jefferson service areas.
