ADHD Management Reward
Description:
Texas Children’s Health Plan rewards you for taking steps to manage your Attention Deficit hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and keeping track of your medication!
Reward*:
$25 reward card for members ages 6 to 12 who have:
- Been newly diagnosed with ADHD,
- Are prescribed ADHD medication and show a record of picking up their ADHD medication,
- And complete a 30-day follow up visit after initial diagnosis.
How do I claim my extra benefit?
Follow this process after completing the follow-up visit:
- Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here
- Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
- Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.

*This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026).
Who is eligible?
STAR and STAR Kids members who are newly diagnosed with ADHD and are prescribed medication to treat their ADHD symptoms. After the member completes the required 30-day follow-up visit and picks up their medication, the member will be able to redeem the reward.
What service area is this benefit available in?
Harris, Jefferson, and Northeast service areas.
