Colorectal Cancer Screening Reward

Description:

Get an appropriate colorectal cancer screening during the eligible reward year to take advantage of this great reward!

Reward*:

$50 reward card when you complete an appropriate screening for colorectal cancer with any of the following tests: fecal occult blood test, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, computed tomography colonography, or stool DNA test during the current reward year (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027).

How do I claim my extra benefit?

Follow this process after completing your colorectal cancer screening:

  1. Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here.
  2. Under “Menu,” go to “Resources.”
  3. Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.
  4. Click here to view a step-by-step guide on how to request your reward in MyChart.

* This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2026–August 31, 2027).

Who is eligible?

STAR members ages 45 through 75 who completed an eligible appropriate screening for colorectal cancer (as recommended by your provider) during the reward year (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027).

What service area is this benefit available in?

Harris and Jefferson service areas.
